Refund and Return Policy
At allElephants.com Shopping we want your experience to be pleasant during and after a sale. If your received goods are damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a return authorization. Non defective returns may incur a restocking fee. If you haven't received your goods within 30 days and you haven't heard from us, please let us know. We ask our customers to normally allow 15 days from the date of purchase to receive their goods. Shipping and Tax Rates
Taxes are collected if your package destination is California (8.25%) or Arizona (5.6%).

We use USPS and UPS for our ground shipping in the continental US (48 states).
For rush orders, we use DHL.

For destinations to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, we ship by air.
For Canadian destinations, Canada Post and DHL are used.

Our shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of the order.
